Privacy policy

We are Team Freeman Turf Care, a contractor based in Dayton, Ohio. This page explains, in plain English, what information this website handles and what we do with it. The short version: we only use your information to get back to you about your project, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What we collect
- Quote form. If you use the form on our homepage, we receive the name, phone number, optional email address and project details you type in. That is all the form sends.
- Calls and texts. If you call or text (937) 559-7814, we see your number, like any phone does. Your carrier's standard message and data rates apply to texts.
- Server logs. Our website infrastructure (hosted behind Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser type, for security. We do not use them to identify visitors.
What we do with it
- Quote requests are delivered to our inbox by email so we can call or text you back. Our email delivery provider is Brevo, which processes the message in order to deliver it.
- We use your contact information to respond about your project, schedule work and send invoices if you hire us.
- We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. There is no ad network here and nothing follows you around the internet after you leave.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and job records are kept only as long as we need them to handle your project and our own bookkeeping.

Want your information deleted, or want to check what we have? Call or text (937) 559-7814 or email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
